yawn.. just had my afternn nap.. going to blog quite a long post and blabbering abt my week. k shall start with today...
overslept and woke up at 8.30. then meng for band's 'sectionals' la.. but mr. songyo not there so not really in a rush.. so i arrived at band room at 9.25 then i had my individual sitting at the steps on the stairs leading to the band room.. then i just keep playing 7th nite parts which i have difficulties playing during the practices lor... i sound quite nice today lor in my opinion, cos my lips arent tired and i feel kinda fresh so my tone sounds quite nice.. as in open tone la... then play and tried out those parts which required lots of breath and air support... a very productive half an hr la...
then after that keep instru and went to talk to terence, clarence and eric cos they were playing hard pieces outside the band room, e.g fantasie brilliante, moto percepto or sth like that la.. those scary clarence pieces with quaver triplets lip slurs got at 116/note or those demisemiquaver 2 octave slurs thruout half a bar etc... those that only clarence play la.. he play until damn shen la.. and he told us that he tried to sound bad in lip slurs during band prac so that not so many of us will be so zibei cos his lipslurs is seriously damn zai la... his standard is like this mount olympus [tallest volcano in Mars] and all the mount everests like terence are trying real hard but have a real small chance to be on par with it la...
loll then clarence lent me his zen micro and we were singing.. well, he was singing la.. damn funny lor... he act guitar or drummer until like he was playing e or smacking k liddat... just damn maddog style and his singing is so screamy and funny la... then everyone was like laffing and all lor.. damn hilarious...
k la, then after that sean finished his sectionals and terence, him and i went to cine to buy tics for swing gals at 1.10.. yea again. cos i really liked the show la... then they were like threatening me that if the show is not nice, then they will zham me la.. but i figured that even trackers found it quite nice, music people like us shldnt find it less than interesting la... jazz + band music + quite chio jap gals = good combo la...
so after our lunch at long john and meeting up wif rujun, we watched the show la.. i now realised how rought and big the feet of the trumpet girl is lor.. damn er... her cute face just aint enough to cover up for her big legs... so i now i like the trombone girl cos she's damn cute.. ahha the fat percussionist oso damn cute la.. very bo-chup ah qiong look... but i dint enjoy the show that much in the 2nd time cos i sorta noe the plot and all la, nt exactly wasting my 8.50 tho, but yea, the first is always the best lor.. and seems like generally sean, terence and rujun don't really have much comments lar... those parts i found funny dint have the same effect on them so yea, i tink they just found the show ok la... bahhh...
then we went to LAN centre after the movie and horrors of horrors, i just had to meet kuangli, jianyang and kaijun there... cine is sucha popular place man.. so after an unanimous vote, we decided to play at the arcade like lil kids and guess who i met dere? mozzie.. yea, we dint say hi but we saw each other and avoided eye contact from each other la.. haha then we played hockey lor : horn VS eupho.. then terence and i kept losing cos we are quite slow in responses and we lost 2 matches in a row and in the last one, we meng until we forced a draw of 15:15. loll then my right hand was 'kiaped' by terence's pucker thingo and now kiaped until very red.. haha.. then after that we play some soccer thing, then marvel VS capcom and photofind etc.. spent abt 1.5 hrs there and after that we went to KFC for our lunner and then i saw malcolm frm 3M wearing this pink shirt and this very classy jacket la.. damn scared lor.. he suddenly like came to us and ate with us haha.. quite awkward and his fashion like quite poserish and classy adult like liddat.. haha... but it looks quite nice on him la...
then after that he went off, and sean, rujun and i took the mrt back home and i took my afternn nap la...
k let me blog abt my tired week la..
monday - ep3 until 6.30 then i was kinda tired la.. but since 3rd lang ends at the same time i still can take it la... budden i slept at 8pm to 6am.. so i dint do any work la...
tues - band at SCH rehearsal until 7.30 then i had dinner with sean, shengheng, ivan, rujun n terence and went home at abt 9.30 or sth la.. then i pia MRP until like 12.00-1.00am with yufeng so i was damn tired la..
wed - got myself conscious with caffeine, dint really pay attn to any of my class, esp the boring double maths after assembly.. lol. yufeng was the assembly chairman la.. stumbled like i did, nt saying that he dusen stumble on his words usually, but its just damn scary la, bein the MC of the whole cohort... lol.. then i had the chinese talk, then SMRP at bio lab (koh oon dint go and some other team kope our materials for bacteria cultivation), then went for 3rd lang with ben and ah zek. co and i dint fall asleep la.. learnt quite alot frm suzuki for the first time.. by then i was already down with flu and was damn tired le.. my handkerchierf was filled with my nose water.. just damn disgusting la..
then i got home and watch AI.. i'll sacrifice anything to watch AI man.. nikko rox, his range is really formidable, got my attention for the first time.. anwar's verse of 'i blive i can fly' sounded damn weird la, like some korean trying to pronounce english words liddat.. got that weird accent.. carrie umm, dint really enjoy her performance as much as others did la.. i tink alone was much better, her rendition of 'independence day' in my opinion, sounded kinda strained in the chorus and the song is too rangey for her.. not saying that i can do better cos she
IS the american idol, but her 'alone' touched the hearts of so many and it was just unbelievable la..
by then i was already damn tired, giddy, feverish and down with the influenza virus la.. budden i still had to to do maths and NYAA and do final touching up for lit review MRP and conslutation with onghy on MSN... then yufeng was like damn guilty to make me work and all.. so thotful rite? =P haha so after i edited the lit review i sent it to him and went to sleep at 12 sth...
Thurs - sorta recovered from the sleep miraculously la... kinda less giddy and without so much of nose water but still damn tired.. lessons nowadays are soo boring lor... then the tests are coming.. i am so screwed for physics and all la... cant understand whats so interesting abt movement of gas molecules blah.. bu we're doing the same test as the mainstreamers so yea, shld be quite easy... or else 3A's ego will be flattened cos they r always blessed with easy papers and lenient teachers.. k la, that's not true la.. just meng and mug for physics can liao... loll.. its damn sad la, jessica sierra got out of AI.. scott shld be out!!! anwar and jessica shldnt even be in the bottom 3 lorz... bahh.. oh it was sad.... i like jessica alot man.. her tone is damn nice... oh yea, i slept at 7pm on that day..
Fri - after the 11hr sleep, sch was nth la.. we had this youth science conference thing, which its like projects day for experimental science and the participants are frm tianjin nankai sch. hutschin's sch, taiwan sch and some beautfiul girls sch la... damn first part still quite interesting, then 2nd part damn boring la... i just dun get why some pple are so conceited and think too much of themselves. and sometimes when he likes another person, then he will side with him and set against another friend, when he doesn't he'll do the opposite... i wonder.. oh yea, band was until 9.00pm and i just made it in time for survivor.. ulong lost again, but luckily, stef and bobby jon werent voted out.. ibrehem was out... bahh... my fave still alive...!! but i tink after the merge nxt week, or transfer of members, both of them are going to be out sooner or later la... sad lor...
bahh.. me haven had my dinner yet.. going for laksa soon haha.. k cya...
