Haven been blogging since the last last wk of holidaes....
Thurs: Trip to the Sree Narayana Mission Home for the CIP services and stuff...
The band met in the band rm at 8.30, had some briefing and stuff before taking a bus to Sree Narayana Mission home at Yishun. We arrived there at about 10 plus i tink and we settled down at the hall... By tt time, there were already a lot of old folks liaoz... Then kun won told mi tt he was afraid to look at the old folks eye to eye cos he said tt he will freak out... I dunno, I tink he is guilty or had some bad experience of sth... He was rather out-of-sorts on tt dae no doubt...
So we went to the hall, sat down and some chosen participants firstly played the jigsaw puzzle game. The rules was tt the CHS pple cannot fix the 16pcs, 4feet by 4 feet puzzle but only to assist and instruct the folks to do so... So of cos, Kian hong and Damien's gps were the last ones to finish. The reason? Kian Hong is too intelligent and his instructions were too complicated for the folks to understand such as turn this piece of puzzle 64.5 degrees CCW, then that piece, flip it vertical 78.9degrees CW... blah blah...
Whereas Damien's gp lost cos Damien might be the only one tt followed the instruction of not touching the puzzle at all, so his honesty might just made his gp lose.... Aniwaez, after tt, there was a Harmono game, some stupid game like strategy Connect 4 for Racial Harmony Day...
Then we saw Yiyi wearing a blue costume which made him look so damn cute, then Melvin wore a green one, and two other sec ones wearing red n yellow respectively... It was a knockout competition, and once again, two CHS pple r supposed to instruct the chips (real lifesize pple) to move along the grid and stuff and get as many pts as possible... This might sound confusing cos it is totally lame lorh...
Aniwaez, in the end Terence and Junjie went into the finals, and will be competiting with each other in the Singapore Expo at 21st July. Then we had our lunch (chicken rice) and gave chilli and drinks to the old folks, very touching and fun...
After tt, we danced the stupid Racial Harmony dance again and went back to band rm, jie san and went home at abt 4am....
